Here’s What You’ll Need to Apply for a First Citizens Mortgage:
- Two (2) forms of valid identification
- Job letter (not older than 6 months)
- Recent pay slip and/or bank statement (if self employed)
- Proof of address e.g. Utility Bill
- Purchase Agreement – (not required if Constructing)
- Title Deed of Property to be purchased
- Valuation Report from a valuator on the First Citizens Bank Limited Panel of Valuators
- For Switcher Mortgages, just provide details of your present mortgage and complete our application form
