Here’s What You’ll Need to Apply for a First Citizens Mortgage:

  • Two (2) forms of valid identification
  • Job letter (not older than 6 months)
  • Recent pay slip and/or bank statement (if self employed)
  • Proof of address e.g. Utility Bill
  • Purchase Agreement – (not required if Constructing)
  • Title Deed of Property to be purchased
  • Valuation Report from a valuator on the First Citizens Bank Limited Panel of Valuators
  • For Switcher Mortgages, just provide details of your present mortgage and complete our application form
