With a dynamic 25-year career in financial services, corporate strategy and results optimization, Mrs. Claire Jordan is a seasoned senior executive with a proven ability to develop and execute strategies that consistently deliver on net income objectives. She thrives on being a strategic and analytical thinker, leading teams through transformative change.

Mrs. Jordan’s extensive leadership experience includes full responsibility for planning and P&L, managing multi-million-dollar budgets across operations, marketing, sales and service delivery in key economic sectors. Fluent in Business French and Spanish, she has cultivated strong relationships with regulators, business networks and government agencies.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Mrs. Jordan is deeply committed to making a positive impact in the community. As a trustee of the Barbados Diabetes Foundation and the Barbados Community Foundation, she contributes to initiatives that drives meaningful change. Additionally, she is an active member of the International Women’s Forum (IWF) Barbados, focusing on empowering women, building leadership and advancing gender equality.

Outside the boardroom, Mrs. Jordan volunteers with “Bajans Helping Bajans,” a community support movement dedicated to assisting the vulnerable. Her diverse interests include distance running, reading, golf, and championing environmental sustainability practices.

Walwyn Williams, Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Operations and Administration) joined the First Citizens’ Barbados Team in the role of Head- Operations March 01, 2018. As a results-driven senior banking executive Walwyn leads the Operational Efficiency strategic direction of the bank.

With over twenty-five years experience in the banking sector, Walwyn has proficiencies in Core Banking, Operations Management, Process Improvement, Customer Service Management, Marketing and Communications, Treasury and Trade Services, HR Management and Compliance.

Walwyn has a Master Entry Diploma in Management from the University of Wales. He also possesses a Graduate Diploma in Management and a Masters of Business Administration from the Australian Institute of Business.  Walwyn is an Associate Business Continuity Professional (DRII) and an Associate of the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).

He is currently the Chairperson of the Barbados Automated Clearing House Services Inc.
